World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH) Professionals - Gender Specialists

Kendall Tidey specialize in serving adults with mood disorders; particularly those with situational or chronic depression. She is a WPATH member and one of Wilmington’s few gender specialists, providing those questioning their gender identity, experiencing gender dysphoria or those under the transgender umbrella seeking support in navigating relationships with friends and family. She is a passionate ally to the trans community and facilitate the free local support group. Warmth, empathy, and listens without judgment are her values that she brings to every session.  Kendall Tidey is also the facilitator for the Transgender Adult Support Group, if you would like to be apart of the group email her at ktidey.wtc@gmail.com.

Dr. Michael Stinnett (he/him) is honored to offer gender-affirming psychological care at Clarity Counseling to teens and adults who are transgender or gender nonconforming. He is excited to build on his previous experience developing a system of high-standard care incorporating in-depth psychological evaluations, individual and group therapy, and a collaborative approach with medical providers. Dr. Stinnett is a full member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and is experienced in providing mental healthcare to gender diverse children, adolescents, and adults.
