Our Mission
QAMP’s mission is to support the leadership development of LGBTQIA+ youth by providing inclusive, affirming spaces for mentorship, skill-building, creativity, and community engagement. Through youth-driven programming, we aim to help queer and trans young people build confidence, resilience, and the ability to lead with authenticity.
